Free Coin Appraisal
Have you heard of the rare nickel that recently sold for $3 million? How about the dime that sold for over $10,000? Did you know that a penny found in a “Leave a Penny, Take a Penny” tray at a gas station later sold for $400? The truth is that there are many coins worth hundreds or thousands of dollars. You may own some of them and not know it. You are not alone, because most people don’t know how much their coins are worth.
Citizens First Bank will give you the opportunity to find out and even turn your items into cash if you like! This free service will be available at Citizens First Bank's 1442 Lincoln Way, Clinton location on Wednesday, April 15h from 10am to 3pm. Through a special arrangement, Ron Beckstrom, a dealer member of the American Numismatic Association is going to provide this service free. So, dig through your closets and dresser drawers and bring in the items you have always wondered about like your rare, collectible and antique coins; paper money; gold jewelry (without precious stones) to the bank and have them appraised free of charge. Who knows, maybe you will have a lucky penny worth $$$! Reservations are not required and appraisals will be performed on a first come, first served basis.Date and Time
