Milling Around: Cruising the River's Heritage
Discover our Mississippi River on August 3rd from 1pm-5:30pm. Sign up today to experience three Gateway attractions for FREE thanks to a sponsorship from the Curtis-Armstrong Foundation. You will tour the following sites:
1. Fulton Windmill & Cultural Center: Explore the windmill and discover the Dutch roots of Fulton
2. Blue Heron River Cruise: Explore the Mississippi River and Lock & Dam 13. There will be an attempt to go through Lock & Dam
3. The Sawmill Museum: The river provided the logs needed to make Clinton a lumber capital. Live vintage sawing will occur with each tour.

Details: Please meet at The Sawmill Museum at 2231 Grant Street Clinton, Iowa at 12:45pm. Parking is available in lots.
You will be assigned a group number, and each group will go through all three sites. Each site will last roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes with 15 minutes transition time. At this time, transportation will be provided to bus guests from The Sawmill Museum to the Fulton Windmill & Cultural Center.Fees/Admission
Through a generous grant through the Curtis-Armstrong Foundation, this tour is FREE, limited to the first 75 people to register.
